Ok it is usually about 90 degrees in my office with 5 other people right now it is 60 degrees. I'm rarely cold let alone freezing. Right now I am freezing my ta-tas off!!!

This is an email I just wrote to send to a Customer Account Service Agent. She failed to read my emails for weeks then finally reads it and replies stating " I am no longer supporting your account. I believe that you will need to speak with Robbie about this." so I wrote an email back and was told it was too sassy to send since this is business related-

            Thank you for finally getting back to me and for letting me know that you are no longer supporting our account. We appreciate knowing that Robbie is now our contact person. As we would not want to inconvenience you or waste our time wait for a response. Good luck.
